1: Use the navigation menus at the top of each page to browse all our products.

2: To hear Real Audio samples of all our records click on the Artists name.

3: If you are unable to hear any audio then it may be because you do not have Real Player. This is the best available audio streaming utility and it is free. It can be downloaded here - download Real Player.

4. When you find items that you want to order - simply tick the QTY column on the left.

5. Continue down to the bottom of the Order Form page and click on the "ADD/VIEW ORDER" button.

6 . On the next page (Order Recap Page) scroll down to the bottom and select "CLICK HERE TO OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT."
You will be taken to an Information page, where we will request the personal information necessary to open an account with Primal Records.

7. When you have filled in all the details the next page that appears will simply confirm your password and customer number.

8. To check out, please click on the "COMPLETE" button near the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to an Order Total page where you will find a preliminary total amount due for the records you've ordered, not including shipping or handling.

9. If you wish to change your shipping method, or if you would like to have your order shipped to a name or address that is different from the information attached to your account, please fill out the appropriate fields on the Order Total page.

10. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your order, please select a method of payment. Please note that Primal Records only accepts MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept American Express or Discover cards! After selecting your card of choice, please select the "COMPLETE" button near the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to a secured area of our website where you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

11. Please enter your credit card number in the appropriate fields. No dashes, hyphens, or slashes are necessary when entering your credit card information. Finally, select the correct month and year of your credit card's expiration date.

12. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "CHECK OUT." Your order has been sent to us and will be processed shortly.
